Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing. By subscribing to the WHW Elite Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Membership Eligibility

• The WHW Elite Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• Membership is intended for personal use only and is non-transferable.

Membership Plans

• You may choose between a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plan.

Billing and Automatic Renewal

• By subscribing to the WHW Elite Membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• Your membership will automatically renew on the anniversary of your subscription date each month, quarter, or year.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate.

Membership Benefits

As a WHW Elite Member, you will receive:

• Free shipping on all shop and box purchases.
• A $14.99 coupon monthly, which can be used once a month. The coupon is non-transferable, requires a minimum spend of $14.99, and any unused balance cannot be carried forward. The coupon does not rollover.
• Discounts on shop items (some exclusions apply; pre-order items or new items are not eligible for discounts).
• A 15-minute monthly décor consultation.
• Access to exclusive sales events.

Benefits are subject to change and availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any benefit at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your membership before the renewal date.
• If you cancel your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the membership period.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once paid, fees cannot be refunded in part or in full.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via the email address on file and will take effect upon your next renewal date.
• Continued use of the WHW Elite Membership after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, WHW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the membership or any benefits thereof.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WHW operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
