What is the price of a quarterly box, and what does it include?

The WHW Decor Box (formerly known as Luxe Box) is priced at $149.99 per quarter. This subscription box is carefully curated to include 4 to 6 high-quality home products that add beauty and style to your living spaces.

Each box encompasses a variety of home decor items, such as wall decor, decorative trays, throw pillows, soy candles, mugs, handmade signs, and more. These products are selected to ensure a diverse and cohesive collection that can enhance different areas of your home.

In each quarter's selection process, you will find a range of decor styles to choose from. Whether you prefer a Contemporary, Modern Farmhouse, Minimalist, Traditional, Transitional, or Boho aesthetic, there will be options available to suit your taste and complement your existing decor.

With the WHW Decor Box, you can expect a thoughtfully curated selection of high-quality home products that align with various decor styles. Each box is designed to bring beauty and warmth to your living spaces.

When is the box billed and shipped?  

The billing and shipping dates for the WHW Decor Box are as follows:

- Spring Box: Billing occurs on February 1st, and the box is shipped after February 5th.

- Summer Box: Billing occurs on May 1st, and the box is shipped after May 5th.

- Fall Box: Billing occurs on August 1st, and the box is shipped after August 5th.

- Winter Box: Billing occurs on November 1st, and the box is shipped after November 5th.

After your box has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to stay updated on the status of your delivery and know when your WHW Decor Box is on its way to your home.

When will my first WHW Decor Box ship, and what happens next?

Once you subscribe to WHW Decor Box, the timing of your first shipment will depend on when you subscribe and the availability of boxes for the current season. To ensure eligibility for current season shipping, it is recommended to subscribe before the first day of the billing month.

WHW Boxes typically begin shipping after the 5th of the applicable month unless all boxes for the running season have been sold out. If no more boxes are available, your subscription will start with the next season's box.

Once your first box is ready to be shipped, it will be sent according to the shipping schedule for that particular season. The specific shipping dates for each season can vary, but the box will generally be shipped after the 5th of the applicable month.

After the initial payment for your first box is made, the consecutive boxes will be automatically billed and shipped every three months. You do not need to resubscribe each season, as your subscription will continue unless you cancel or modify it.

Can I cancel, skip, or pause my subscription?

Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel, skip, or pause your WHW Decor Box subscription. Here's what you need to know:

Subscriptions can be managed directly on our website under the account management section. You can access this feature to make changes to your subscription at any time.

If you submit a cancellation, skip, or pause request prior to the next billing date, the change will be effective for the next scheduled box. For example, let's say the Summer box bills on May 1st and ships after May 5th. If you submit a request for change on April 20th, the change will be effective for the box scheduled to ship on May 5th. However, if you submit the request on May 3rd, the change will be effective for the box scheduled to ship on August 5th.

Suppose you wish to cancel your subscription immediately after the payment for a new quarterly subscription or renewal has been processed. In that case, you can request a cancellation and refund via email to contact@whitehomewoods.com, as long as the box has not yet shipped. In such cases, a refund for the amount paid may be issued minus a $5.00 refund processing fee. Please note that refund requests will be denied if the box has already been shipped.

We strive to provide flexibility and accommodate changes to your subscription. Still, it's important to submit any requests in a timely manner based on the billing and shipping schedule to ensure the desired effect on your subscription.

Where does WHW ship to, and what is the shipping fee? 

WHW currently ships to the contiguous 48 states within the United States. However, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For WHW Decor subscription boxes, the shipping fee is already included in the subscription price. You don't need to pay any additional shipping charges for your quarterly boxes.

For WHW shop orders, there is a flat shipping rate applied. The specific shipping fee will depend on the box size and the items' weight.

It's important to note that WHW is not responsible for any lost packages due to address errors or packages that may be stolen after delivery. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information and consider the security of your delivery location.

When you subscribe to WHW Candle Box, you are not only treating yourself to a delightful candle experience but also contributing to a greater cause. With every new subscription, a portion of the profit is dedicated to supporting and advocating for Mental Health through partnering with organizations that work towards this important cause.

Each month, you will receive a selection form where you can choose from two or more scents inspired by the season and theme of the box. This allows you to tailor the box to your personal preferences and create a cozy atmosphere that aligns with your mood and the time of year. The selection form opens on the 15th of every month, ensuring that you have ample time to make your scent choice.

The billing date for the WHW Candle Box is the 1st of each month, ensuring a seamless subscription process. By subscribing, not only will you receive a carefully curated candle but also contribute to a meaningful cause that supports Mental Health.

Replacement, Return, and Refund Policy

We hope you like your WHW Box! Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer returns or refunds for items sold and received, as most of our products are unique or handmade in our store. If you are not a fan of one of the products, they can always be an excellent gift for someone special.

Defective Item or Item damaged during shipping- We have a 5-day replacement policy for defective items or damaged during shipping, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement of an item damaged during shipping or defective item. To be eligible for a replacement, you must submit our claim form within five days of receiving your order. The form must include the following information:

  • Tracking Number
  • Picture of the box
  • 2-3 photos of the damaged/defective items from different angles showing the damage/defect

Incorrect item received- You must submit our claim form within five days of receiving your order. The form must include the following information:

  • Tracking number
  • Picture of the box
  • 2-3 photos of the items received in your box

Once your email is received, it will be reviewed for approval. Once approved, if the item is available (in stock), a replacement will be shipped at no charge. If the item is unavailable, we will offer another item of similar value or a store credit that can be applied to a future purchase. Replacements and store credits will be completed within 5-7 business days following the approval.
