Received a defective or incorrect item? Please submit our claim form so we can assist you more effectively.

We packed your box carefully and with love, but sometimes the items may not arrive safely. You can always claim your items with your carrier or fill out the form below so we can better assist you. 

We may replace your item depending on the availability, or we may offer a fair credit for this item (Item valued on the box)

Please upload 3-5 pictures; make sure to include images of the tracking label, 2-3 photos of the broken/damaged item, and a photo of the outside box. Once we receive your claim, we will inspect the photos and the information and contact you back with a resolution.
